Description
Join fellow operations professionals for an interactive workshop focused on maximizing the value of NISC’s service operations tools and technologies. This workshop will explore practical workflows, process improvements, and best practices that help utilities operate more efficiently and effectively.
Participants will learn from peer experiences, discuss real-world operational challenges, and discover new ways to leverage NISC applications to improve work order management, field communications, resource utilization, reporting, and member service delivery. Final topics will be developed in late 2026/early 2027.
